Learning Objectives
Propose strategies to enrich age-related nursing content using the NHCGNE Gero Competencies and resources curated by NHCGNE members.
Identify gerontological nursing competency-based teaching and evaluation strategies for classroom, clinical, and simulation.
Enhance leadership and collaboration in gerontological nursing education.
Unfolding case studies will be utilized to facilitate the development of teaching options for classroom, clinical, simulation, assignments related to gerontological nursing. Access to a treasure trove of current teaching resources will also be shared.
